Healthy Matcha Iced Tea Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with a small amount of water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Bring the remaining 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Once the water boils, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a minute.
  4. Pour the hot water into a pitcher or container.
  5. Add the matcha paste to the pitcher with the hot water and stir well until the matcha is fully dissolved.
  6. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  7. Once cooled, transfer the matcha tea to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavor.
  8. Add coconut milk or coconut cream.
  9. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes.
  10. Pour the chilled matcha tea over the ice cubes.
  11. Garnish with fresh lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream (depending on how creamy you want to make it)

Healthy Raspberry Iced Tea Recipe

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the raspberry tea bags. Let them steep for about 5-7 minutes to infuse the water with the tea flavor. Adjust the steeping time according to the instructions on the tea packaging.
  3. Once steeped, discard the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  4. Transfer the cooled tea to a pitcher or container.
  5. In a blender or food processor, blend the fresh raspberries until smooth.
  6. Place a fine-mesh strainer over the pitcher or container with the tea, and pour the raspberry puree into the strainer. Use a spoon or spatula to press the puree through the strainer, extracting as much liquid as possible while leaving behind the seeds.
  7. Squeeze the juice of the limes into the pitcher with the tea and raspberry mixture. Stir well to combine.
  8. Taste the tea and adjust the lime juice or raspberry puree according to your preference for sweetness and tartness.
  9. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the raspberry and lime tea over the ice.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

How to make homemade lemon iced tea?

It’s very simple and you’ll only need a few ingredients:

– 2 organic green tea bags (decaf)
– 1 thinly sliced lemon
– 4 cups of hot water
– 1 tbs organic coconut sugar (if you prefer a sweeter taste)
– a handful of crushed mint leaves
– ice Put everything in one big jar and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you don’t like the bitter taste you can try to steep it for only 1 minute and go up from there to see which strength you prefer the most.

– 2 organic lemongrass tea bags
– 3 thinly sliced peach
– 2 thinly sliced ginger coin
– 4 cups of hot water
– 1 tbs organic coconut sugar (if you prefer a sweeter taste)
– a handful of crushed mint leaves (if you like)
– ice You make it as usual. Just put everything together in a big jar and steep the lemongrass tea bags with other ingredients for about 10-15 minutes.

It’s for sure one of our favorite healthy iced tea recipes that’s a big hit with kids and adults alike. However, you’ll have to be more careful with this tea since the original black Thai tea has caffeine in it.

Homemade Vegan Thai Iced tea ingredients:

– 2 bags of  Thai tea
– 2 cups of hot water
– 4 tbs organic coconut sugar (if you prefer a sweeter taste)
– 4 tbs condensed coconut milk
– 3 cups of coconut milk
– ice Boil the water and add the tea. Let it steep for 20-30 minutes. The longer the better. Then take out the bags or filter them with a cloth filter and add the rest of the ingredients.
